Brad wields 27 Years of Successful Automotive Retail Expertise. Hands on real-world techniques that improve the customer service process in ways never before imagined. Brad has worked in virtually every position within an automotive dealership. He is a seasoned Retail Service Director. He is a LEAN Master Sensie with manufacturer training from Toyoya Motor Corporation focused on TPS, TXM and LEAN as well as 8 years with The Volvo Car Corporation of Sweden developing and implementing the Ultra LEAN VPS Concept. Brad has spent most every day of the last 27 years “on the drain” in an automotive service department improving operational excellence and profitability in every measurable.

14 years of Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Layout and Design of automotive service workhops. 15 years developing service managers to maximize production of the workspace.
· Volvo Car Corporation; Gothenburg, Sweden 2013 to present. Worked with retailers around the globe implementing LEAN techniques desgned to simplify the service process for both the customer and the workshop. Results have increased owner loyalty, reduced cycle time and improved throughput; all while reducing the need for Service Advisors and other support staff. Successful implementations mean lower operating costs, higher profits and near perfect CSI. Succesful implementations with retailers around the globe including Sweden, U.K., South Africa, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Mexico and The U.S.
· MSX International; Warren, Michigan 2007 -2012 Spearheading the implementation of TXM. Toyota’s Express Service program. Trained dealer management and technician staff on the Toyota Express Maintenence process in dozens of workshops around the USA. Facilitate the dealer meetings with Dealer Actual and aftersales team to rollout the concept
